Current release status: OpenClaw 2026.2.15 is CERTIFIED_ENFORCED with plugin 1.0.0. OpenClaw 2026.2.16 remains LOCKDOWN_ONLY until certification is completed.
Enforced vs Lockdown Modes

- Lockdown Mode: truthful fallback with conservative controls and remediation guidance.
